I have been with Chin & Partners from December 2019 and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service received.

Lize-Mari’s professionalism and knowledge in carrying out the services required was delightful. I always strive to push the benchmark, whether it be doing a random 5km run or hiking, and Lize-Mari has been there every step of the way to assist me in being the best version of myself.

The administrative staff are extremely assistive as well, whether it was bringing me coffee each visit, following-up on the RAF or scheduling and booking appointments. Well Done!

I would not be in the good positive space I am in today without partnering with an awesome practice and people such as Chin & Partners.

I would recommend Chin & Partners to any amputee that wants to push boundaries to an extent where you feel almost whole again.

I am no longer in South Africa, but will fly back to South Africa for their excellent service. That is testament to the fact of how great this practice is!

Unfortunately, my son has had an amputation and we chose Chin and Partners. This is the most caring non-money-grabbing organization I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Justin Rix is a perfectionist with a soul and the biggest heart anyone could wish to own His patients are the most important beings on this earth. My son understandably is suffering with depression and is having to come to terms with the loss of a limb. Justin has given him so much of his time over and above the appointment time but to crown it all where in these times do you get a doctor call one at home not once but several times to enquire about the well being of his patient. He has give my son hope and encouragement that he will be able to walk again. Well this is Justin Rix my HERO. Janice who is his PA is magnificent. She is a real ray of Sunshine. Walter was great but the built up shoes, sandal pair, very poor quality job! 2nd pair (takkies), taking a ridiculous amount of time about 2.6 weeks and still waiting of time and surgery now in about 5 weeks so not worth doing!

My prosthetist Lize-Mari has walked (excuse the pun) every step of the way with me since we met 12 months ago. Explains the journey from coning to casting. Temp socket to final socket. Always answers my questions and a call away. I couldn’t imagine doing this journey as an LAKA without her. Chin are so welcoming and friendly.
